Privacy & minimal data

This directory has no accounts, analytics scripts, advertising trackers, embedded maps or enquiry forms. Search and filters run in your browser. Search terms and selected filters are stored in the page URL so you can reload or share a search. Loading or sharing that URL can send its query parameters to the hosting provider; there is no separate directory search backend.

The hosting provider may process normal request data needed to deliver and secure the website under its own policies. Following an official business link takes you to a separate website with its own policies.

If you email a correction, your email provider and the maintainer’s mailbox process your message. Correspondence is used only to assess and respond to the request, not added to public feeds or a marketing list. The operating policy is to remove resolved correspondence within 30 days where no continuing need exists; a minimal issue record may be retained without requester contact details.

Public records contain short business facts, official URLs and provenance. Home addresses and private contact details are excluded. Contact the maintainer about a correction, privacy concern or removal.
